Brynn Duncan (Kayleen) is so excited to return to WTC in Gruesome Playground Injuries! She was previously seen as Daphne in Daddy Issues (Salt Lake Acting Company) and Penelope in the Odyssey (Babcock Theater). She would like to thank her loved ones for always being supportive.

Shawn Francis Saunders - My first job when I was a teenager was at Hollywood Video and I would take home sometimes three VHS’ a night and watch them. I made several insane short films with my parent’s camcorder, editing in camera. That was my introduction to storytelling. I studied theatre at UVU. I did a lot of acting gigs after graduating but eventually found myself behind the camera again learning how to be a filmmaker. I’ve done several films in these last few years fulfilling different roles on set, directing, writing, and acting. And, now here I am back in a theatre space. It’s beautiful to be back, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Morag and WTC. So, I want to thank them both for this opportunity. All of this is just to say: I love this shit and I hope you love this show as much as I do. Thanks for coming and be safe. Friendship Saves the World

Morag Shepherd is one of the producers and resident artists of Sackerson. She is a member of the Plan-B writers lab, where her play FLORA MEETS A BEE (NEA recipient) toured throughout Utah schools, and NOT ONE DROP (David Ross Fetzer grant recipient) has performed. Recent credits include CHERRY WINE IN PAPER CUPS, a site-specific play performed outside for socially distanced audiences, and A BRIEF WALTZ IN A LITTLE ROOM (The Utah Review top ten moments of 2019), as part of a collaboration with Umbrella Theatre Company and the Utah Arts Alliance. Morag is thrilled to be working with this team on Gruesome Playground Injuries and wouldn't want to spend her time anywhere else.

BEN YOUNG (Doug) is a graduate of the University of Utah Actor Training Program. Recent credits include ALLI and #3 (#3) as a part of Plan-B Theatre Company's Free Elementary School Tour.
